I try to sit with great posture, since im a golfer and want great posture
all the time, im very focused on posture.

im starting to make changes, but it's the beginning, so im not sure...what
will
work...keep the ideas coming, this is good...and something ALL of us can
benefit from!

Do you have wrist pads for your keyboard and mouse? Do you use a
trackball or a standard mouse?
Does your workstation have an adjustable height "table" for your keyboard?
are your thighs parallel to the ground when sitting or at a slight up or
