thought was from typing. Turns out, I curled my wrists under when I
slept. So, thos carpal tunnel wrist braces did the trick for me.
I also had tens treatment (where they send electric currents through
you to stimulate the area and bring blood there to help heal). They
seemed to help, though not sure how much.
Also, if you don't use a foot stool, consider it. Lots of people sit
straighter if their feet are slightly higher.
