Sounds like you're worse off than I have been.  I never needed anything
more than an Aleve or two, but once I was taking them after coming home
from a regular day at work, I knew something was not going well.

Have you looked into more ergonomic keyboards?  Not just the MS Nat, but
ones that are completely split in two that attach to your chair arms so
your arms can rest at a more natural angle.
