I've been fending off carpal tunnel surgery for several years.  It used
to
hurt so bad I would cry when I typed.  This is my current regimen, which
is
working well.

Vitamin B reduces the swelling in the carpal tunnel, Glucosmine aids in
keeping the joint flexible.  Gel filled wrist rests on the mouse pad and

keyboard.   15 minutes a day of workout with 2 lb weights to tone the
muscles.  Wrist braces when I sleep. Tylenol for pain, because I can't
take
any of the anti inflammatory meds, which work better.
