that the local AIDS program has had its budget cut to shreds, I have
to suspect a political agenda. I have no personal interest in this
program but it does seem to me that it serves some people who really
need help. As opposed for example to Steve Ballmer.

PS - Doug I saw a news story yesterday that said drug prices have
increased since that program went into effect, so I think you can
forget "nearly" and just say it did negate it.
