Since the recession started 10 months into Bush's term it was Clinton's.
We've been over this ground before. If you think it was Bush's, please list

Actually the local Toyota Plant will build Tundras, and there has been an
announcement that a second plant will be constructed right beside it
starting in
2006.
Toyota was the kind of corporate entity that did not ask for any tax
incentives
at all, however the state gave them around $100 mil, and the city and
country
another 85 mil in incentives. They declined the incentives from school
districts. The local community college district and Texas A&M have
partnered to
build a campus that will train the workers.
More interesting is that the job applicants can only apply online, and must
meet
some rigorous testing as to recitative duty and being on your feet for
extended
periods, plus have a minimum high school education plus pass in-house
testing on
reading, writing, and mathematics. I like that, but it is sure going to
strain the locals who are weak in those areas, but the pay is really good,
and I
expect the workers earn every penny. And to top it off, it is NON-UNION.
