Do not get addicted to Nicorette! -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, September 26, 2001 1:56 PM To: CF-Community Subject: RE: keep on quitting smoking
Paul, Quitting smoking is one of the most difficult things I've ever done. I quit on March and still feel the cravings. You have one thing that I did not, though: you want to quit. I used Zyban (Wellbutrin), which is an antidepressant that can be prescribed by your doctor. It's a weird drug but it really helped me break the habit. My best suggestion would be to talk to your doctor and take a look at http://www.quitnet.com, which has some wonderful resources. Best of luck! C.
