Paul,

Quitting smoking is one of the most difficult things I've ever done.  I quit
on March and still feel the cravings.  You have one thing that I did not,
though: you want to quit.

I used Zyban (Wellbutrin), which is an antidepressant that can be prescribed
by your doctor.  It's a weird drug but it really helped me break the habit.

My best suggestion would be to talk to your doctor and take a look at
http://www.quitnet.com, which has some wonderful resources.
