Kerry's camp does the exact same thing.

In this case, both are working pretty much within the system, but the system is WRONG.  These 527's are ridiculous. Either legalize it, or don't! All this grey-area finance legislation is ridiculous.

Whereas Kerry's cronies have focused more on positives, Bush's have started a smear campaign....which turns off a lot of Americans. I think they are doin the Prez a disservice in his reelection bid.
