That's lawyering for you. It's a conflict of interest for the lawyer
to work for both the Kerry and Bush campains, but it's not collusion
for the lawyer to work with two separate parties both attacking the
same target. To show collusion you'd need something like a memo or
sworn testimony that the lawyer was improperly sharing information
between the clients.
