My last word on this.

Getting to the truth and giving a true and factual account to the grieving
relatives left behind in an attempt to give a them little peace is one
thing, entertaining fallacies based on someones idea that there was a
conspiracy is another.

It should not be about What if.... It should be about Why did it happen? Who
is responsible? How did we let it get so far? How can we stop these things
in the future? To learn from the mistakes and events of the past can only be
a good thing to ponder on how it could have been different is not.

Asking 'What if' is pointless. It happened the way it happened. People died.
No amount of 'what ifs' will change that or prevent it in the future.
