I dunno if the Bushies will disagree or not, but i agree with ya.

Kerry actually really surprised me in the debates. He looked more prepared than W, he was calmer, more professional. I dont think he necessarily beat W on the issues or anything (those were pretty much a draw imo), but i think he just looked better.  

You know...no hunchbacks or anything like that :)

  I agree that Mr. Kerry's advisors made a huge mistake playing up his
  Vietnam service so much during the convention to point of the
  "reporting for duty" thing.  The product they are selling is Mr. Kerry
  today, not Mr. Kerry in Vietnam (although it does tell us something
  about him, volunteering for combat when he could've easily avoided
  it.)

  I know Bush-supporters will disagree, but I think Mr. Kerry showed a
  consistant thoughtfulness throughout all 3 debates and that's the
  product the Democrats should've been selling the whole time.
