My wife and I know lots of people in I-banking and consulting. She
has spent time at MS in NY and Canary Wharf and is currently with one
of the big 3 consultancies, but, like most people, planning an exit.
If you're working on Wall St then you know about the endless cocktail
parties, dinners, recruiting events, team meetings, going away
parties, glad-to-meet-you parties, hey-its-another-weekday parties,
etc.
So there's lots of time to talk with lots of people.
