in the same year. During both our pregnancies were warned stridently that
within hours of giving birth a woman could be receptive for pregnancy. So a
woman who gives birth in January could easily have another child before the
year is out.
In that case the children would be "the same age" (at least some of the
time) so it would seem to answer the question.
Had the question asked how the two brothers could have the "same birthday"
then it would be a more difficult problem. ;^)
