For what you've said you want to do, think "how little can I spend?"

For surfing and typing and such, the slowest processor available will be
plenty fast.  You probably could get away with 256 MB or ram, but look
at the prices to decide.  Nothing you've listed requires any high-end 3d
rendering or anything, so get the base video.  If you decide you might
want to watch DVDs etc., you might want to look for one with a hardware
decoder, but it's probably not necessary.
