AFter 1780 loyalists in Georgia, Virginia, New Jersey and several other states were put into camp and systematically starved, tortured and if female, raped. Indian tribes who were allied with the government were attacked in the same matter as the Serbs attacked the Kosovars and Bosians. In counties in Virginia, the Carolinas and Georgia lawas were passed making loyalists financially and legally responsible for any crimes committed in those counties. Any blacks found in the loyalist or government service were summarily executed.
