And to answer the question in a more direct way, yes part of the reason I
supported Bush was because I felt that he wouldn't wait around for what I
would call failing talks.

If talking doesn't seem to be getting the job done, or if the job doesn't
seem to be getting done faster, then Bush always has the use of force as an
option, and the world knows that the US isn't afraid to go to war, or elect
the guy that went to war.

Bush is doing what he thinks is the right thing to do, and while on a number
of things I disagree, I do prefer the old-west diplomacy, ask, count to 10,
then shoot.

out of curiosity is supporting Bush a rejection of diplomacy in your
opinion? This is not a trick question. It is in mine but I am not sure
his supporters realize that. Just curious. There seem to be some leaps
of logic there.
