I keep envisioning a school yard analogy. America: "Hey France, you wanna come play in the sand box with me?" France (who thinks America is too cocky, and only hangs out with him cuz he gets the best candy): "With you? Um....no thanks." America: "Hey Britain, wanna play in the sand box with me?" Britain:"Well.......I guess so."
When the sandbox turns out to be quick sand......France laughs, then asks Britain: France: "Why'd you go into the sandbox if you didn't want to?"
