Joining sirius or xm won't fight the FCC come on. Write a letter it
will do about as much good as paying for Xm or Sirius. Or better yet
sue the FCC and challenge their ability to control these types of
media. The supreme court has already ruled they have no control over
cable because its a pay subscription. By rational thought that would
lead you to the same conclusion when you say Satellite because its a
pay model as well.

So unless the supreme court does a big uturn we should be safe with
cable & satellite. But as another thought have you noticed that cable
is basically whipped anyway? Because advertisers will bitch so much
that cable companies won't do anything risky. Even a fucking ad where
the girl isn't even naked (on broadcast tv) for MNF gets everyone in
an up roar. Well thats the "moral majority" for you, who really cares
if they are morally bankrupt anyway?
