As far as I understand, its saying that the effect that districts with
electronic voting showed a greater likelihood for voting for bush
beyond what could be normally expected. If this can be confirmed then
that to me say that there may be something  to the accusations of
fraud.   I am very familiar with the sort of analysis they used, if it
can be independently confirmed then this could be a smoking gun. I've
been too busy with work related stuff to do a real analysis, but if
someone to point me to the actual data - preferably in some sort of
readable format I'll redo their analyes and post it here.

Doesn't Dana's sig mention something about Diebold being the best way
to deliver a state. This may be an example.
