Sonics around here (Phoenix) are drive-in, but they also have some
tables set up outside (which are usually populated with jr high and
high school kids).

Still gonna guess it's a neighbor tho.  A friend of mine ordered DSL
thru the phone company, and was getting his equipment set up 3 days
before the scheduled installation, and found he had high speed
internet already (never found out for sure, but we assumed it was one
of the neighbors with an unsecure wireless network too).
