It'd have to be a neighbor... Which wouldn't be _too_ surprising even
in a neighborhood like you describe nowadays... All they'd have to do
is spring a few extra bucks for the wireless router from their service
provider... Or they may not even be using the wireless router -- that
is to say, they may have one and only be using the wired connection to
their desktop's NIC because they didn't understand the options when
they ordered their internet service and got sold the wireless in spite
of not needing it.
