I have not bought an Intel chip in years, I would guess 6 or 7 years,
whenever the K5 AMD came out. Now the laptops I use, but did not buy,
do happen to have Intel chips in them. Back when I used to build
computers and also work for a parts wholesaler, we did a ton of both
AMD and Intel computers and always had great luck with the AMDs.
