Nah, I'm with you.  800 or 1000 MHz is fine for about everybody.  I was
using the itanium last week because it was in our computer lab and was
available for me to check my email, I don't need anything like that.  I'm
certainly not a hardware geek, I could care less if I have a 9.8 Terahertz
machine or a 400 PII, as long as it gets the job done in a reasonable time
span.
