You would think so, but it's been from various doctors for the last decade. I suppose my alternative is to get charged $500 to eat a cookie. :-)
Actually, I can push past the ice and ibuprofen rub off and get really good treatement if I need it. My allergist has been great for instance. But I almost never visit the doc anymore because of the stock answer.
