Do you rent or own? If you rent, you can *ahem* tip off the landlord
that you're violating your lease, in which case they'd have to leave
so that you don't get kicked out. (Passing the buck is so cool. ;) )

I was in one bad roomie situation. I answered an ad and the couple I
moved in with turned out to be total freaks. They would steal my food
all the time, and then deny it. They'd leave half-eaten bowls of food
on the floor. I'd come home to find her wacked out on drugs and
freaking out screaming, "You don't see me! You can't see me!" She
called 911 on him and vice versa several times. I only lived there a
month, until I could find a way out. EEsh. I don't ever want to be in
a situation like that again.
