No. What I'm saying is that if a red crescent ambulance came across a Jew, the chances of them aiding the Jew would be close to nill. If Israel had a natural disaster, it would have no problem accepting aid from Muslims. Of course, I highly doubt such aid would be forthcoming. Hell, I doubt the UN or Europe would send much.
