Yeah, just like the law which states we must all practice archery on a
Sunday or indeed that I as a Scot cannot wear a kilt....

We have some good laws here in UK, which are never enforced....take talking
on a mobile phone in the car or even wearing a seat-belt.....hardly ever
enforced.
