Well..since I am in Trinidad, my options for Broadband are very limited. So we decided to go with a Satellite Internet package. It is from a company called Intersat...and right now...quite frankly..it SUCKS!
:( I can't get ICQ to work, I have to go through a proxy for my Email,Yahoo Messenger works fine (so why not Yahoo?)...and my speeds are not high! Last night I got 20K/s for about..umm..an hour. And after that it has dropped to just about 11K/s. *banging head on desk* It is Soooo frustrating because we took so very long to get the satellite dish up and everything finally installed..and now the performance sucks. I am using Winroute Pro as a simple proxy so that client machines can browse etc. through the link.
