Mine is definately going to be 'entry level beginner' .. Some of the people
probably don't understand the concept of a web server yet ;)  but hey, I'm
not picky.  Besides, if they can get up to speed in 2 weeks, that's the kind
of person who you want working for you and the one that gets 'promoted'  :)

That's what I was planning on doing, but I didn't want to start out by
making it up as I go along on my first night heh.  Once I get a feel for the
class, no prob., but until then, I'd like to have a little structure to fall
back on.
