Well he is probably the most ridiculous and dumb head of state I have ever seen....he would believe anything if someone told him it was true or likely to be.

You may call him blind, myopic, or accuse him of selective believe and a one-track mind - but I really believe that Bush believed in the existence WMDs. This doesn't remove the mistake ("oops" is not a valid defense for going to war), but I think the idea that he lied outright is just plain wrong. Well... at least at first. I do think that he probably came to the correct conclusion some time ago and prevented himself from knowingly lying by simply trying to ignore the issue.
