The chance of the first card meeting the flush requirement is 1, because 
all cards can be part of a flush.

The second card is 12/51, as we've removed one "good" card -- one of the 
appropriate suit -- from the deck.
Card 3 is 11/50
Card 4 is 10/49
Card 5 is 9/48

Total is 11880/5997600 == .00198, or about 0.2%

Um, someone should probably check the actual calculation, but the theory 
should be right.  Anyway...

This assumes no draw, and no knowledge of the cards of any other 
possible players, and only 5 cards drawn.  Things change slightly for 
things like Texas Hold'em, since you actually get 7 cards to work with.
