Thanks Sandy, I ordered that book just a few minutes ago from your recommendation.
This all started with my wife watching a show about adult ADD and recognizing behaviors in me. Then I took some online tests and if they are correct, I seem to fit the profile of a "non hyperactive ADD" After reading all of these posts though, it does seem that this may be something very common in our society. Maybe it seems more prevalent in the Computer industry. I'm not sure. Anyway, I'll do some reading up on it...
