That's a lot of double talk that doesn't really go anywhere.

Saying he got in because of Affirmative Action....is wrong. And yet, saying 
he got in because of a "program", is somehow correct?

Um...doesn't the program = affirmative action? Politically correct 
euphemisms serve to mask the reality of what is occurring.

If my race elevates me over you in a public admissions policy, you don't 
have to call that "racism" if you don't want to...."unfair" is just as apt a 
word.
