I think this is a poorly thought out argument. If you are distinguishing between marriage types based on progeny, then how do you fit:
Old people getting married Sterile people getting married People who don't want children getting married Artificial insemination Adoption Divorce and remarriage. People having children out of wedlock None of these are handled by your narrow definition of a "good" marriage.
