Great idea!! On the license it should also say: SUVs prohibited from travel on roadways with posted limits of 55MPH or greater Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am and 9am and 3pm-6pm. If we get SUVs off the roads during rush hour all of our insurance costs will go down. As far as petrol conservation goes, it's ridiculous. Using less gas will just delay the time until we really need alternative fuels and are therefore forced to invent them. I'm not talking about these ridiculous "hybrid" vehicles either.
