that depends on location! In vegas 12am was usually the 1st band and in denver (at small venues) it goes band 1, headliner, band 3
I was in bands for a long time in vegas and denver, so this ? is quite a huge topic 4 me. I can't even recall all the bands we hung or played with that went on to bigger things. Some were WHite Zombie, Reverand Horton Heat, Mother Love Bone, Bad Religion, Stick, Dave Beegle, Lynch Mob, etc...................
