 15 MB / 10 seconds =  1.5 MB/s = 12 Mbps
350 MB / 30 seconds = 11.7 MB/s = 93 Mbps

These are insane bitrates. 12 Mbps is comparable to highly compressed HDTV, 93 
Mbps is of the scale.

If these are really the correct numbers, forget streaming. Nobody will have 
enough bandwidth to receive such a stream. All you can do is offer them as 
downloads so they are played locally, and you don't need a streaming service 
for that.
