Rendition is what it was called. I don't know what it is. I don't know what the questionable ethically questionable method of torture was, but it was called "rendition." It was a Clinton creation. "It was approved by Clinton's lawyers with no apparent cries of pain either from the justice department or from anybody else in the congressional oversight community. Gonzales might quietly make that point if anybody yells at him. It won't register with the Democrats but it might help the public understand the real world a little bit better."
