And that gets you what?  Any family member can come and challenge your
cousin which would push this into the court system OR maybe your
cousin is unavailable.

But according to you, if you're lucky, the challenger will get the
Congress involved and they'll make a law for you too which would push
it into yet another set of courts!

Your method denies you your own rights!

It makes your "advance directive" legally equal to the value of the
Charmin in your bathroom which is at least soft and therefore useful.
