True, but it's been explained to my satisfaction from my reading of
the facts and testimony. Nevertheless, you have to admit that the
biggest question of this whole case has been:

Why is Mr. Schiavo fighting so hard, and for so many years, with his
own money, to put his wife to rest? Especially when the parents have
offered to absolve him of all responsibility and others have offered
him millions of dollars?

The simplest explanation is because he loved his wife, but is
convinced she's gone, and wants to put her body to rest so that she
can be at peace.

As far as not listening, that's not a respectful statement to make.
I, for one, am listening, but I just don't believe everything I read
or hear especially when making a judgement about someone I don't know.

Almost nothing that you've presented on any facet of this case
deserves any status above tabloid. If you feel differently, then ok,
but please respect that some of us require a respectable burden of
proof before we accuse someone and that the proof must be from
credible sources. And if the source is credible the testimony must
pass the test of cross-examination.
