I wouldn't say that it's only "the exceptionally wealthy", though
there is a level at which your Estate's value is too low to be
impacted.  I think that this particular tax is plain ole unfair.  If
you earn it and you own it, you should be able to pass it on to your
kids, no matter what level of wealth you have, high or low.

I thikn that a better use of one's protesting and/or whining time
would be to try to get more of the pork outta the budgets.  I think
it's time we stop worrying about where we are going to get the money
needed to prop up a broken and wasteful system and start worring about
how to cut out the pork (on both sides of the aisle) and spend more
wisely.
