Seriously, dude, you need help if you have no problem shooting a harmless dog. Figure out who's it is and talk to the owner, but don't shoot the dog. If the dog was attcking you, then that is a different story, but you sound like you'd take pleasure in the act of killing a wandering dog. Sorry, but the whole killing animals to display that you are a superior species irks the FUCK out of me.
