Huh? Adobe Photoshop invented the desktop photo editor. I'll acknowledge that they lagged in adding vectors, editable text, etc but that was because they were focused on the core intent: photo image editing. They don't call fooling with digital photos Fireworking, they call it Photos(c)hopping.
