um, is NW = NM? All the land north of I-40 in New Mexico is a lot of
land :) and includes most of Albuquerque and a healthy chunk of the
Laguna, Acoma and Navaho nations, so probably not. There may be a
kernel of truth there though. It's a very empty place.
