If one creates policies making it difficult for young people to get birth control under the guise of theoretically dissuading them from engaging in intercourse, this is what can happen. Unfortunately I believe there are places in America where it is easier (politically - emotionally is an entirely different matter) for a girl to get an abortion then it is for her to get some condoms.
