I just looked at the site and I'm very surprised it is still active.

Subject: New Phishing scheme

Just a heads-up...

Usually, phishing mails link to web sites that have unusual domains even
though the link in the mail looks legitimate. Today, I got phishing
mails to several of my email addresses that link to a legitimate-looking
URL. Of course, the mails are missing bits of personal information that
my credit card company would have inserted (name, town, etc.). The web
site from the phish mails is:

http://visa-protect.com/personal/security/vbv/index.html

The emails are sent from a servers in Korea and the Netherlands. The
web site appears to be hosted by AOL.

Looks like phishers are getting more sophisticated and blatant...

Surf safely!
