They are even smart enough to use Javascript to accept only
valid-looking card numbers.

However, JS can be turned off and then, we can have some fun with these
web sites.

Right, I agree completely - just thought I'd let everyone here know in
case they want to warn someone else.  Like I said - the web site that
the mail links to is a complete clone of the Visa web site and the URL
looks legitimate.
