Who cares if people get high? If they become sufficiently intoxicated
to cause accidents, this should be treated like a DWI or other
negligent driving, is what I think. I was listening to the calls on
C-SPAN about this this morning and some people seem to have the
position that if people might have fun on it then it should not be
legal. Um... alcohol? Why should that be an exception then? Personally
I don't care what Tony smokes, though I agree with Charlie that
driving afterwards may not be the best idea....
