EEEEEW.
Actually, they are the most inbred, badly bred breed in the united states in
my opinion.  They SHOULD be wonderful little dogs, (ugly as they may be,
hehe) but they have so been badly bred in the us that the breed has turned
into a snippy and rather aggressive dog most of the time.  If you have a
nice one, you are lucky. 

Unless you mean the kind living in the UK, those are considered a different
breed in the US I believe and I think they are still nice dogs.
