I would say more than one in ten bark.  EVERY BREEDER I know (over 20)
debarks all their dogs. 
Kavik has a barking problem but luckily not in the house.  I use a
citronella collar in the car - sprays citronella in the face when the dog
barks.  


LOL, I once read a breed description that went something like this:

The biggest drawback to the samoyed is that they bark whenever they are
happy, which is just about ALL THE TIME.

Very accurate.

And...they are stubborn.
